Fatherhood Consultants are experienced dads and educators who are passionate about working with fathers to reach their goals in parenting, communication, and financial stability. Each of the Fatherhood Consultants brings a unique perspective and range of experiences to the work that they do and we’re excited to have each of them on the team!
Oliver is a father of three with 25 years of experience working with youth and families in home-based settings as well as correctional facilities. He has served as a counselor, program coordinator, and superintendent before starting with CDR. Oliver is also a high school wrestling coach.
Charles is a father of three and grandfather who brings his 30 years of experience as a public school teacher, coach, and athletic director to his work with our dads.
Paul is the Executive Director of Child Development Resources which oversees the Fatherhood Program’s grants.
